Return Policy
After the delivery date, we offer returns for 14 days. We're sorry, but after this 14-day window has passed, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Your item must be brand-new and in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packing.
1. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS
Only defective or damaged items are subject to replacement. Send us an email at proothie@globalbugs.asia if you need to exchange it for the identical item and we'll ship you instructions on how to send it back.
We want our clients to acquire products of the highest quality. Within 14 days of the delivery date, send an email to proothie@globalbugs.asia with your order number, as many details as you can, and any necessary photos if there is a problem with the product you have received or if your delivery is not exactly what you ordered (a product is missing or the wrong product was delivered).
2. EXCHANGES
Only the wrong items delivered are eligible for exchange. Within 14 days of purchase, the item(s) must be returned in brand-new, unused condition with all of the original packing, tags, and inserts if you want to exchange your order. Please get in touch with us at proothie@globalbugs.asia so we can provide you with return guidelines. For a quick response, make remember to include your order number on all requests.
3. SALE ITEMS
Only things with ordinary prices may be returned; however, items on sale are not eligible for this kind of action.
4. SHIPPING
Shipping methods – We use the service of Thailand Post for shipping with delivery timeframe 2-5 days. We reserve the right to change without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery howsoever caused but we can coordinate for you, please contact us at proothie@globalbugs.asia
Shipping fees - Shipping fees shall be as set out in the order. The shipping fees shall be based on the chargeable weight and dimensions of the goods.
The shipping fees for your exchange or return are not covered by Global Bugs Asia. Until they arrive at our warehouse, the items are your responsibility. Please make sure the return is packaged securely to avoid causing any harm to the goods. Your return will be examined if it shows symptoms of damage or wear and tear upon arrival.

Think about getting shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping service. Our promise that we'll get your returned item is not a promise.
The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you get one.
The amount of time it takes for the exchanged item to get to you will depend on where you reside.
We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined. Additionally, we will let you know whether or not your demand was granted. If you're accepted, we'll start processing your refund right away and put a credit on your card or other original form of payment, usually within a few days.
5. CANCELLATION
If the goods have already been dispatched, you may not cancel the order and delivery. If you do not wish to accept the goods in the order, you may initiate a return in accordance with the Return Policy.
